Meeting called to order at 7:00 pm by Supervisor Jacobson

Minutes of the February meeting were approved as published.
Motion to adopt the agenda by Trustee Waldron. Seconded by Trustee Burdick. Motion was carried.
Police Report: The $10,000.00 grant from Emmit County was received. It will be used toward the in car cameras.
Airport Report: Airport has been busy.
Treasurers Report: $971,675.18
Jack Ormsbee gave a presentation for the Afton Deer Management Corporation. Supervisor Jacobson read an open letter to the audience. A motion was made by Trustee Waldron to support the adoption of the letter for two years and then review it again. Trustee Burdick supported motion and it carried.
Two bids were received for spring trash clean up. One from J & N for June 12th at $625.00 per packer truck. The other from PAC at $675.00 per packer truck, but the June 12th date is not available. Motion by Trustee Waldron to accept the bid from J & N. Motion was seconded by Trustee Burdick and it carried. Clerk Hahn informed the board that Parkey will be doing the scrap metal and that the price will be $1000.00 this year. It is due to the low cost of metal and the wages that need to be paid for the day.
Audience Comments: Cindy informed the board that she has lost 24% in penal fine money. She is sending in a grant to have T1 installed on the computers. She has been asked to be President of the Library Board. She has accepted. They have never had a President from a rural library or one from above Mt. Pleasant. She will know if she gets the Presidency in June.
Motion to pay the bills by Trustee Waldron. Seconded by Clerk Hahn and it carried.
