Meeting was called to order by Supervisor Jacobson at 7:00 pm

Minutes of the October meeting were approved as published.
Motion by Clerk Hahn to adopt the agenda as presented for this meeting. Seconded by Treasurer Fisher and it carried.
Police Report: Gearing up for the holiday on the 15th and they received a snowmobile grant for this 2004-2005 season.
Airport Report: None available
Treasurers Report: $304,701.17 with interest
A lot split request was made to the board by Virginia Vonderlippe and Rose Ann Campbell. This split does not meet zoning requirements so they need to take it Cheboygan County Zoning before the board can act upon it as per our lot split ordinance. Motion by Trustee Waldron to table until county approval. Seconded by Trustee Burdick and it carried.
Motion by Trustee Burdick to sign the grant for the Cheboygan County Humane Society for $750.00. Seconded by Clerk Hahn and it carried.
Motion by Trustee Waldron to accept the resolution for the Mers retirement plan for the patrol officers. Seconded by Treasurer Fisher and it carried.
There was discussion on the road improvements. Supervisor Jacobson explained the cost would be ½ of the quoted $36.00 per lineal foot. He would recommend a letter go out to all property owners in the district. Questions were asked on how to handle the corner lots. After much discussion the board decided to assess on the longest side, not the side the address is on. A motion was made by Trustee Waldron to assess on the longest side. Seconded by Treasurer Fisher and it carried.
Supervisor Jacobson told the audience that Trustee Burdick would be leaving the board after 20 years of service as a Trustee. Trustee Burdick said “ she enjoyed working for the community and did the best she could.” She would love to see everyone get involved and serve.
Trustee Waldron made a motion to pay the bills as presented. Seconded by Treasurer Fisher and it carried.
