Meeting called to order at 7:00 pm by Supervisor Jacobson

Minutes of the November meeting were approved as published.
Motion to adopt the agenda as presented by Treasurer Fisher. Seconded by Trustee Rohr and it carried.
Police Report: Hero tracked down a man who has been breaking and entering into vehicles since the summer. Waiting for the busy snowmobile season.
Airport Report: Another new hanger is going up.
Mr. Cribb from Koehler Township asked the board for a letter of support for a traffic light study to be done at the corner of M68 and Club Road. It was noted that this has been done in the past, and MDOT did not find it necessary. Motion by Clerk Hahn to draft the letter of support. Seconded by Trustee Waldron and it carried.
A letter of questions (from the clip out in the Resorter) and the answers will be ready to mail the first of the year for the special assessment district for the road project. The feedback will be complied before a decision will be made to create the district.

Motion to pay the bills by Trustee Waldron and Seconded by Treasurer Fisher and it carried.
Motion to adjourn by Trustee Waldron at 7:27 pm.
