Meeting called to order by Supervisor Jacobson at 7:00 pm.

Minutes of the December meeting were approved as published.
Motion by Trustee Waldron to adopt the agenda. Seconded by Clerk Hahn and the motion carried.
Police Report: Chief has given the board members his monthly stats. The change in the weather has stopped most of the snowmobiling.
Airport Report: Chris Kindsvatter has passed the test in Lansing to become the assistant manager at the airport.
Treasurer Report: $1,602,155.74
Motion by Treasurer Fisher to appoint the Board of Review members for the 2005-2007 years. Members will be Robert Lavallette, Dick Andrew and Gene Kabat. Trustee Waldron seconded the motion and it carried.
The Tuscarora Township Fire Department presented us with the new contract in the amount of $133,821.00. This will be on the December 2005 tax roll. Motion by Clerk Hahn to approve the contract, seconded by Trustee Rohr and a roll call vote was taken.
Motion by Trustee Waldron to create a policy for capital expenditures to be $1000.00. The motion was seconded by Treasurer Fisher at it carried.
Motion by Clerk Hahn to sign the grant application for a new voting machine. Seconded by Trustee Rohr and it carried.
Motion by Trustee Waldron to send out the letter regarding the proposed special assessment district for road improvements with the changes as noted. Seconded by Clerk Hahn and the motion carried.
Clerk Hahn needs two budget adjustments. From Police fund balance $15,000.00 to 207-301-977-00 (new patrol vehicle that was not shipped prior to end of fiscal year June 2004). From Planning Per Diem 101-400-702-00 $460.00 to Elections Per Diem 101-191-702-00. This was for mandatory training for election workers. Motion by Treasurer Fisher to make the two adjustments. Seconded by Trustee Rohr and the motion carried.
Audience Comments: What happened with fixing the green dock area? Supervisor Jacobson gave an overview about BLPA looking at the site as a project.
Motion by Trustee Rohr to pay the bills as presented. Seconded by Trustee Waldron and the motion carried.
