Meeting called to order at 7:00 pm by Supervisor Jacobson.

Minutes of the May meeting were approved as published.
Motion by Trustee Waldron to adopt the agenda with the additions of item 15. S2-Resolution and Item 16. Mers Delegates. Seconded by Trustee Rohr and it carried.
Police Report: Business as usual and they are busy working on Blight.
Airport Report: Airport has been busy and the new windsocks are installed.
Treasurers Report: $697,671.86
The budget meeting will be June 12th at 7:00 pm.
Motion by Treasurer Fisher to adopt the salary resolution for the officials. Seconded by Clerk Hahn and it carried.
Clerk Hahn needs budget adjustments. From Debt Retirement fund balance to 371-906-905-00 principal $33,000.00 (to pay extra on principal), grant proceeds from Rural Development $11,250.00 to 101-101-801-00 professional (already paid the invoice) and $1800.00 from unallocated to 101-276-801-00 for tree removal at the cemetery (due to storm damage). Motion to approve these adjustments offered by Trustee Waldron, Seconded by Trustee Rohr and it carried.
Motion by Clerk Hahn to hold the July meeting after the annual meeting on Saturday, June 24. Motion seconded by Trustee Rohr and it carried. Our regular meeting would fall on July 4th. If there is anything that can’t wait until August, the board would hold a special meeting for those issues.
Lot Split request for Pines Resort and Lot Split request for Marine Land Sub Lots 27 & 28 were both tabled. The townships ordinance states that they need county approval before the township can approve.
The S2-Resolution was tabled until a latter meeting for an explanation from the engineering firm.
Motion by Treasurer Fisher to appoint Chief Wagner at the officer and Clerk Hahn as the alternate for Mers. Seconded by Trustee Waldron and it carried.
Audience Comments: Status of Sewers – The ad-hoc group have a copy of a petition and will be circulating it to see if they get 51% of the land mass in favor of it.
Mr. Graham gave an update of the Veterans new monument.
Motion to pay the bills by Treasurer Fisher, seconded by Trustee Waldron and it carried.
