Meeting called to order by Clerk Hahn at 7:00 pm.

Minutes of the February meeting were approved as published.
Motion by Treasurer Fisher to adopt the agenda as presented. Seconded by Trustee Rohr and it carried 4 yeas, 1 absent.
Police Report: Two long investigations are about to be completed. Trustee Rohr asked the Chief is the fuel costs have stopped some patrolling as with the State Police. Chief said not as of yet.
Airport Report: Nothing new to report.
Treasurer Report: Township funds $1,339,445.15 Tax funds $47,557.97
Library Report: The new computers were installed yesterday. Two weeks ago there was a DDA meeting on the sidewalk project. It was a great meeting and they are getting ready to submit grant proposals.
Motion by Trustee Waldron to grant the request from Top O Michigan Outboard Racing Club to have the "no wake" ordinance removed for the race on August 18th and 19th from 11 am until 2 pm., the motion was seconded by Trustee Rohr and carried 4 yeas, 1 absent.
Motion by Treasure Fisher to grant the request for the use of Township Properties form the Chamber for Summer Fest activities on July 16th – 21st. Trustee Waldron seconded the motion and it carried 4 yeas, 1 absent.
Mr. Jones from the IRCEDA gave an update to the Board on the findings of the Ordinance and Zoning Review committee, information on the Master plan expiring in 2010 and the involvement that will be needed on that project. There were no questions for Mr. Jones from the Board or audience.
A motion was made by Trustee Waldron to move the April meeting to April 10th at 7:00 pm. Treasure Fisher offered a seconded and it carried 3 yeas, 1 nay, and 1 absent.
Audience Comments: Robin Rohn gave board members copies of correspondence from the CCRC. Clerk Hahn read a letter received from the CCRC on private individuals getting permits to survey the road ends.
Motion by Trustee Rohr to pay the bills as presented. Seconded by Treasurer Fisher and it carried 4 yeas, 1 absent.
Motion to adjourn by Trustee Waldron at 7:34 pm.
