Meeting called to order by Supervisor Jacobson at 7:00 pm

Minutes of the March meeting were approved as published.
Motion by Trustee Waldron to adopt the agenda as presented. Clerk Hahn seconded the motion with 4 yeas, 1 absent.
Police Report: Some scrap metal has been stolen and gearing up for the summer season.
Airport Report: Gearing up for spring.
Treasurers Report: All township funds $1,159,179.00 Tax funds $1,371.00.
The Chamber of Commerce has scheduled a Clean Up Indian River Day on April 18th. The Director gave an overview of the day. This will add an additional street cleaning for the season and we will evaluate if one can be skipped.
Mr. Jones gave a presentation of Blight. He would like to see a team organized to manage the blight. It would consist of a Board member, Chief of Police, Road Commission, the County Blight Officer, member of the Health Department and IRCEDA Blight Committee representative. After lengthy discussion a meeting will be scheduled for the committee and the Attorney for the Township Police for guidance.
Audience Comments: 1. Where are the new public access signs that were ordered? Clerk Hahn to check on it. 2. Some intersections on the new roads need to have a wider radius. Supervisor Jacobson noted it on the punch list that needs to be completed when spring arrives. 3. April 12th MSU extension will go over the results of the survey that were mailed out last year.
Motion to pay the bills by Trustee Waldron, seconded by Treasurer Fisher and carried 4 yeas, 1 absent.
