Minutes of the August meeting were approved as published.
Motion by Trustee Waldron, seconded by Trustee Rohr to approve the agenda with the addition of Marina Park. 4 yeas, 1 absent.
Police Report: Standing on the statistical report.
Airport Report: None available.
Treasurers Report: $474,517.71 in township accounts, $220,058.19 in tax accounts all without interest.
Motion by Trustee Rohr to get a bid for the paving of the private road Wilbe Street.
Treasurer Fisher seconded the motion and it carried. Supervisor Jacobson will schedule the hearing. 4 yeas, 1 absent.
Audience comment: Several comments from the audience that they would like to see a public hearing with Mike Overton attending. Treasurer Fisher will set it up for Monday Sept 17 or Wednesday Sept 19. She will contact Mike Overton and someone from Emmet County to attend.
Marina Park Update: Good news is that the waterways money will be funded this year through the act for the boat ramp.
Motion to pay the bills by Treasurer Fisher, seconded by Trustee Waldron and it carried 4 yeas, 1 absent.
