Minutes of the September meeting were approved as published.
Motion to adopt the agenda as presented by Treasurer Fisher, seconded by Trustee Rohr and it carried with 4 yeas, 1 absent.
Police Report: Fall training has started in Alpena. We will be holding a hunter safety course next week and an in service training day with other departments.
Airport Report: None available
Treasurers Report: $364,999.18 in township accounts and $57,920.66 in tax accounts.
Parks Report: Proceeding with the purchase of the Mason property.
Motion by Trustee Waldron to create the special assessment district of Bosserman Trail. Seconded by Trustee Rohr and the motion carried 4 yeas, 1 absent. Supervisor Jacobson to contact H & D to start the paving project.
Motion by Treasurer Fisher to put the subject of the County recycling on the agenda. The motion was seconded by Trustee Rohr and it carried 4 yeas, 1 absent.
A special meeting will be held to discuss the recycling plan on October 22nd at 7:00 pm here at the township hall.
Motion by Treasurer Fisher to grant the request from An Indian River Christmas to use township hall for their activity on November 23rd. The motion was seconded by Clerk Hahn and carried with 4 yeas, 1 absent.
