Meeting called to order at 7:00pm by Supervisor Jacobson.

Minutes of the January meeting were approved as published.
Motion to adopt the agenda with the additions of the proposed employee hand book and report on the cemetery program by Trustee Waldron. Clerk Hahn seconded the motion and it carried with 5 yeas.
Police report: None available
Treasurer report: $593,301.89 in township, $268,657.64 in tax account.
Top of Michigan Trail Council is planning on having National Trails Day – Gaylord to Mackinaw Trail Ride on June 7th. A motion was made by Treasurer Fisher to ok this event, seconded by Trustee Rohr and the motion carried.
Supervisor Jacobson talked to the board about having a presentation of WIFI internet systems. He will get the information and bring it to the board for scheduling the meeting.
Motion by Treasurer Fisher to approve the following budget adjustments.
Clerk Hahn read a letter, which ended in her resignation effective February 29th. Motion by Trustee Waldron, Seconded by Treasurer Fisher to hold a special meeting on Monday the 18th at 11:00 am to discuss what the board will do. The motion carried.
Treasurer Fisher gave the board a proposed employee handbook that her and Mike Ridley have been working on. This will be talked about at next months meeting.
Trustee Rohr has been putting our 2436 graves at Ohioville and 2983 graves at Oakhill on the computer. The board thanked him for the work he has been doing on this large project.
Audience comments: The VFW would like to know if there is still the possibility of putting the monument at Marina Park. Eric has them contacting the marina park committee.
Motion to pay the bills by Trustee Waldron, seconded by Treasurer Fisher and it carried with 5 yeas.
