A proposed site plan from A.J. Positano for Lots 17 and 18 in the Industrial Park was presented to the Board for review. Trustee Waldron stated that he had provided Positano with the deed restrictions but he had not been able to provide them with a drawing showing the allowable locations of the well and septic. He believes that it is an approved usage for the zone and that the deed restrictions are the only thing the Township Board has control over. Waldron will contact Positano with the Board’s concerns over the buffer and provide them with a drawing of where the well and septic have to be located.

Trustee Waldron made a motion to appoint Matthew Whitener, Greg Rotter and Dick Kristen to a three (3) year term on the DDA board, seconded by Trustee Rohr and it carried with 5 yeas.

Treasurer Balazovic seconded the motion and it carried.
Audience comments: How is the assessor appointed? The Supervisor is automatically the Chief Assessing Officer of the township and if certified with the State Assessing Board then the supervisor can be the assessor if they so choose. If not qualified, the Board would contract with someone to fill that position.
What is going to happen with Sharrard Park now that the VFW monument is no longer at that location? At this point, we do not have an answer.
